We stayed twice at your hotel during this trip. First, we flew into Buffalo Airport and had reserved your hotel in advance. Then on our return to Buffalo at the end of our trip, we stayed again at your hotel. The breakfast the first time we stayed was excellent! There was a woman who was in charge and she was on top of everything! All the breakfast items were in stock and she kept everything very clean. Then, when we stayed at the end of our trip, a man was in charge of the breakfast area. It was pitiful. There was hardly anything available to eat and he seemed to care less.

Everything about our stay! Location and ease of getting to and from. Restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart and more in close proximity. Hotel is directly across from Buffalo international Airport. Breakfast both days were great and full of choices. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff at every level was friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book here again. We are primarily a Holiday Inn family and this was one of our favorite stays.

Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast is excellent and the staff that worked this weekend were the best. The lady that was working in the breakfast dinning room was the most welcoming, hardworking, compassionate and friendly person I have met in the hospitality industry. She went above and beyond to make our mornings special. I would recommend 1000%.

Annie was the staff person i interacted with most. she has been there over 20 years and treats you like family. she deserves a raise or another day off. she was professional and charming. the breakfasts were tasty. the hotel was perfectly between our two main destinations.

The check in employee in the morning was amazing. The shuttle never showed up for my 4am shuttle to Amtrak so this male employee drove me to Depew station so I wouldn’t miss the train!! God Bless him. Very sweet gentleman.
